The secretariat of WCE offers participants four recommended hotels at special prices.
- To book another budget/premium hotel, you must contact the hotel directly.
- Participants and companions can book after registration is confirmed.
- The cost may vary depending on the date you check out of the hotel. You can't pay in advance.
- Credit card information is collected for defatting and no-show protection and is not externally exposed.
- Accommodation fees will be paid on-site at each hotel upon check-in or check-out.
