“Energy Super Week” Host Economy is offering special discounted hotel rates for delegates.

To ensure sufficient room availability during the conference, all reservations must be made through the Official Housing Bureau, not directly through the hotel website.

• Hotel rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis,
  and as the event dates fall within the peak season,
  we strongly recommend completing your reservation within July to ensure secure and stable accommodation.

Please note that the Housing Bureau is only responsible for hotel room reservations.
For all other inquiries, such as meeting room bookings, please contact the WCE Secretariat or the hotel directly.

• To reserve a hotel room, please download and complete the 2025 WCE Hotel Reservation Form, and submit it to the Housing Bureau at energykor@gtn.or.kr.
• Once the Housing Bureau (GTN Co., Ltd.) has charged the total room rate to your credit card or received your bank transfer, a confirmation letter will be sent within a week.

• Official hotels were selected based on pricing, location, and accessibility for participant convenience.
• All bookings must go through the Housing Bureau.
• As room types and room rates are various, please refer to the Hotel Reservation Form.

• All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Housing Bureau.
• Requests made directly to the hotel will NOT be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the stated policy, with bank service charges deducted from the refund amount.
• As room rates are charged in Korean Won (KRW), the refunded amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations.
• All deadlines and timelines are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
