  • I have registered to attend only one of the conferences and exhibitions. Can I attend other programs or events?

    The selection of attendance in the pre-registration system is just to pre-survey the number of participants. Therefore, regardless of your choice you entered in the pre-registration system, you will be able to attend the any program on the day of each program is held. 

  • Is it possible to enter the exhibition with the conference name tag?

    A single name tag can be used for conferences, exhibitions, side events, etc. (You can enter the conference after the information staff checks your name badge)

  • Do you have a validated parking?

    We don’t provide getting parking validated. We recommend using public transportation.

  • Can I only participate in programs I applied for in advance?

    In addition to the program you applied for, you can also apply through on-site QR authentication. For some programs, admission may be limited due to issues such as number of people and space.

  • Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

    Admission to the 2024 Climate Industry International Expo is free.

  • How do I check after pre-registration?

    Pre-registration confirmation can be found in the ‘Registration → Pre-registration Confirmation’ tab.

  • When is the on-site registration period?

    The on-site registration period for the 2024 Climate Industry International Expo is from Wednesday, September 4, 2024 to Friday, September 6, 2024.

  • When is the pre-registration period?
    The pre-registration period for the 2024 Climate Industry International Expo is from Monday, July 15, 2024 to Friday, August 23, 2024.
  • What events are prepared?
    At the 2024 Climate Industry International Expo, various events will be held, including opening events, conferences, exhibitions, and side events. These events will be held at BEXCO Conference Hall, Exhibition Hall 1, and Exhibition Hall 2.
  • How can I participate in the 2024 Climate Industry International Expo?

    Pre-registration is possible on the website registration tab, and on-site registration can be done by scanning mobile QR on the day of the event.
